Privacy Policy

studsort (“we”, “us”) helps you identify and inventory LEGO® pieces from photos. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. We try to collect as little as possible.

• Account information — your email address and an authentication credential, managed by our authentication provider (Supabase).
• Images you upload — the photos you submit for analysis.
• Usage data — counts of scans and exports per day, used to enforce plan limits.
• Payment information — if you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details; we store only a Stripe customer/subscription reference and your plan status.

When you scan, your images are sent to third-party services solely to produce your results: segmentation (Replicate), piece identification (Brickognize), and catalog/color lookup (Rebrickable). Images are processed transiently to generate results and are not used to train our models or sold to anyone.

• Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions.
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. Sending your images for analysis means they are transmitted to the providers listed above.

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to temporarily hold your scan results so they survive navigation (for example, to the export page). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Account and subscription records are kept while your account is active. Usage counters reset daily. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact).

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
