Terms of Service

By using studsort you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

studsort identifies and inventories LEGO® pieces from photos you upload and lets you export the results. Identification, color detection, and quantities are produced by automated systems and are provided on a best-effort basis — they may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them.

You must provide an accurate email and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to subscribe.

• Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or plan limits.
• Do not upload unlawful content or content you don't have the right to submit.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.

A free tier is available with daily limits on scans and exports. The Unlimited plan is $29.99 per month, billed through Stripe, and removes those daily limits and raises the per-scan image cap. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, studsort is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
